Managing Stress - Stress is something that grows on you in most cases, in other, less frequent situations it is an event that triggers stress. The overall management of family life is stressful, especially today when a lot of people choose to be single parents or separate form their partners and need to raise a family by themselves, while very rewarding this could be a enormous task to fulfill and stressful one.
